リスク管理部では、「プロアクティブなリスクマネジメントで事業成長に貢献する精鋭集団」を目指しています。 その中でシステムリスク管理チームは、PayPayカードの事業成長と安定的なサービス提供を支えるため、システム開発や新サービス等に対するリスク評価およびシステムリスク管理態勢の高度化を担っています。 単にリスクを指摘するのではなく、システム部門や事業部門と連携し、事業スピードと安全性を両立させるビジネスパートナーとなることを目指しています。

PayPayカードでは、事業・サービスの成長に伴い、新サービスや機能追加、クラウド活用、システム内製化など、システムを取り巻く環境が急速に変化しています。 こうした環境の中で、安定的なサービス提供と事業成長を両立するためには、障害やインシデントの発生後に対応するだけでなく、企画・開発段階から潜在的なリスクを捉え、未然に防ぐことがこれまで以上に重要になっています。 今後は、案件の重要性やリスク特性に応じたリスク評価やモニタリングの高度化に加え、データ・AIの活用など、新たなシステムリスク管理の仕組みづくりにも取り組んでいきます。 そのため今回、既存のシステムリスク管理を運用するだけでなく、PayPayカードの事業成長に合わせてシステムリスク管理態勢の高度化をともに推進いただける方を募集します。

本ポジションでは、システムやITに関する知識・経験を活かしてリスクを見極めるだけでなく、システム部門や事業部門などの関係者と連携しながら、「安全に事業を前へ進めるための方法」をともに考えていただくことを期待しています。 重要なシステム案件には企画・開発などの上流段階から関与し、リスクを指摘するだけでなく、「どのような対策や条件を整えれば実現できるか」という観点から、事業スピードと安全性を両立するための提案を行っていただきます。 また、既存の管理プロセスの運用にとどまらず、リスク評価やモニタリング、経営報告の改善、データ・AIの活用など、システムリスク管理態勢そのものの高度化にも携わっていただきます。

【業務内容】

システム開発案件や新サービス等に対するリスク評価から、システムリスク管理態勢の高度化まで、ご経験や専門性に応じて幅広くお任せします。

  • システム開発案件、新サービス等に関するリスクアセスメント・リリース判定支援
  • システム障害・重大インシデントの分析および再発防止策の評価
  • クラウドサービスや外部委託先等を含むシステムリスクの評価・モニタリング
  • システムリスク管理に関する規程、評価基準、KRI等の整備・高度化
  • システムリスクの可視化および経営報告
  • データ・AI等を活用したリスク管理業務の効率化・高度化

必要な経験/スキル

以下いずれかの実務経験をお持ちの方

  • システムリスク管理、システム監査、IT統制等の経験
  • システム開発・運用における品質管理、障害管理等の経験
  • システム開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理・推進の経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

以下のすべてをお持ちである必要はありません。

  • 金融・決済サービスにおけるシステム開発・運用、またはシステムリスク管理の経験
  • 大規模システム開発やクラウド活用に関する知識・経験
  • システム障害・インシデント対応や非機能要件、BCP等に関する知識・経験
  • クラウド、情報セキュリティ、外部委託先・第三者リスク管理に関する知識・経験
  • データ分析やAI・生成AIを活用した業務改善の経験
  • システムリスク管理、システム監査、ITガバナンス等に関する専門知識・資格

雇用形態

  • 正社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京＞、自宅にてリモートワーク）
  • 所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます

給与

  • 年俸制
