業務について

▼営業戦略本部の紹介

PayPayの営業戦略本部は、「PayPayの企業価値を最大化するため、加盟店様とのビジネスにおける目標達成へ営業を導く」ことをミッションに、事業と営業を最適につなぐハブ機能を担っています。

▼募集の背景

営業戦略本部では、 ・データ分析レポート作成 ・営業施策の企画・モニタリング ・営業支援業務の管理 ・情報整理や資料作成 など、多数の専門的な業務においてAI活用テーマが増えています。

一方で現体制は少数工数で運営しており、PoCを「実際に業務で使われるツール」まで仕上げるための実装力が不足している状況です。

特に以下の能力が求められています： ・PoC → 実業務の定着まで推進できるエンジニアリング力 ・dify や Python を用いた軽量AIアプリケーション開発能力 ・業務理解と要件整理を踏まえた企画能力

そのため今後の営業戦略本部の成長を支えるべく、新たに増員しAI導入を本格加速させるための募集となります。

▼配属先の紹介 本ポジションの配属先となるAI推進チームは、 「各部門の高度専門業務にAIを実装し、生産性と意思決定スピードを最大化する」 ことをミッションとした少数精鋭の専門組織です。

PoCから実装までを高速に回す体制が特徴で、営業戦略本部全体の業務効率化を支える中心的役割を担います。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • AIソリューション開発 dify を用いたLLMアプリケーション開発（RAG検索、レポート生成、要約、支援ツールなど） Python と社内AI開発キットを用いた PoC／軽量プロトタイプの開発 API連携を含む小規模アプリケーションの実装 PoC成果物の現場導入に向けた改善・最適化
  • 業務要件の整理とAI活用の企画 データ分析業務、営業施策企画業務、業務オペレーションの流れを理解し、課題を明確化 AI活用の方向性を定義し、PoC設計〜導入までをリード 他部門・専門エンジニアとの協働によるプロジェクト推進
  • AI活用の標準化・横展開 再利用可能なRAG・エージェント構成のテンプレート化 AI活用ノウハウの整理・モデル化 営業戦略本部内外への展開可能性の検討

必要な経験/スキル

  • AIプロダクトの本番運用経験
  • 小〜中規模プロジェクトのPM経験

雇用形態

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9 時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度5日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPay独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます。

給与

  • 年俸制（一部固定残業代含む）
  • 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
  • 毎年1回見直し
