▼金融推進本部の紹介

PayPayはこれまで、日本のデジタル金融プラットフォームとしてユーザー基盤・加盟店基盤を拡大してきました。 現在は、その確立した基盤を前提に、国内金融事業をもう一段進化させるフェーズに入っています。 金融事業は、PayPayの3つの柱の1つ。なかでもクレジット事業は、単なる決済手段の拡充ではなく、決済体験そのものを再設計する重要領域です。 いま取り組んでいるのは、カード決済とスマートフォン決済を横断した新たな決済体験の構築です。 「PayPay残高」「PayPayカード」「PayPay銀行」といった複数の金融機能を統合し、ユーザーが利用シーンに応じて最適な支払い方法を選択・管理できる仕組みの高度化。 さらに、加盟店における決済手段の拡充を通じて、ユーザーと加盟店双方にとって利便性の高い環境を整備しています。機能追加のフェーズではなく、既存の成功モデルを前提に、体験を統合し、再定義するフェーズです。 市場が成熟に向かう今だからこそ、決済体験の質そのものが競争力になります。 金融推進本部は、その進化を戦略から実装まで担う組織として、事業計画の策定、新サービス構想、アライアンス推進、プロジェクトリードまでを一気通貫で担い、国内金融事業を次のステージへ引き上げていきます。 更なる拡大に向けた挑戦が、ここにあります。既にある大規模な基盤の上で、決済の新しい標準をつくる。その中核を担っていただける方を募集しています。

PayPayクレジット及びPayPayカードを国内No.1のサービスにし、PayPayの3つの柱の1つである金融事業を最大化する人を募集しています。 国内No.1となるためにサービスや機能面においてユーザーに最高のUIUXを提供し、さらに他社に例を見ないクレジットカードとスマホ決済のハイブリッドサービスを実現していきたいと考えています。 そのためのユーザーファーストなビジネス、サービス企画ができる方、またそれを実現した上で自身が主体的に事業推進し、国内No.1を一緒に目指していただける方にご参画頂きたいです。

【具体的な業務内容】

PayPayの金融事業における戦略立案及び事業の推進担当のポジションです。 PayPayの金融事業を国内No.1にするために、金融事業の中のクレジット事業（PayPayクレジット）を通じて、PayPayの収益拡大及び事業成長を担っていただきます。

  • 金融事業、特にクレジット事業（PayPayクレジット）における戦略及び事業計画の立案
  • クレジット領域における新規事業/新サービス開発
  • データに基づいた戦略及び事業計画の立案
  • 戦略や事業計画に基づいた事業の推進及びプロジェクトマネジメント
  • グループ会社及び外部パートナー企業とのアライアンス推進
  • 数値分析及びレポーティング

必要な経験/スキル

  • クレジットカード関連の業務経験（5年以上）
  • 事業開発/サービス企画/国際ブランド企画/プロジェクトマネジメントいずれかの経験
  • 5名程度のマネジメント経験
  • 社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションスキル

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • データに関する以下のようなご経験をお持ちの方 └SQLによるデータ取得・加工経験 └プログラミングスキル（Python/R等） └データを活用した事業開発経験
  • 新興技術・テクノロジーへの強い興味関心
  • 新規事業を立ち上げた経験
  • 事業の変革やリストラクチャリングを実施した経験
  • マーケットリサーチ経験

  • Hybrid Workstyle ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与）
  • ※PayPay独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます。

給与

  • 年俸制（一部固定残業代含む）
  • 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
  • 毎年1回見直し
  • 時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当有 ※給与支給について、一部をPayPayアカウントで受け取ることが可能です（給与デジタル支払いに対応）
