Wir wissen, dass die Realität moderner Softwareentwicklung durch generative KI fundamental verändert wurde. Wir suchen deshalb keinen Code-Schreiber, sondern einen Systemdenker, der KI-Assistenten als Multiplikator für seine Produktivität nutzt - mit Fokus auf Systemarchitektur, Qualitätssicherung und echtem Kundennutzen.

Bei uns arbeitest Du in einem fokussierten, agilen Team mit direktem Kundenkontakt und echter Gestaltungsfreiheit.

Deine Mission im Team.

  • End-to-End Produktentwicklung: Du konzipierst und baust skalierbare Multi-Tenant-Services für den anspruchsvollen Enterprise-Einsatz.
  • Architektur & Systemdesign: Du bewertest Implementierungen nicht nur nach kurzfristiger Funktion, sondern nach langfristiger Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Wartbarkeit.
  • Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Es gibt bei uns keine harte Trennung zwischen Dev und Ops: du übernimmst Verantwortung für Deployment, Infrastruktur und die Fehleranalyse im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Scope-Disziplin: Du hinterfragst Anforderungen kritisch, analysierst das Kundenproblem und bleibst fokussiert auf den Projektumfang.

Wir freuen uns, wenn Du einige dieser Skills mitbringst.

  • AI-Native Workflow: KI-Assistenten (z. B.: Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) sind fester Bestandteil Deiner täglichen Entwicklungsroutine.
  • Konstruktive KI-Skepsis: Du weißt, dass KI-generierter Code regelmäßig Design- oder Sicherheitsrisiken enthält. Du vertraust ihm niemals blind und besitzt erprobte Strategien zur Qualitätskontrolle.
  • Solides Software-Fundament: Du verfügst über tiefe Praxiserfahrung in mindestens einer höheren Programmiersprache (idealerweise Python oder TypeScript). Du liest, verstehst und bewertest komplexen Code auch ohne KI-Unterstützung fehlerfrei.
  • Enterprise Architecture & DevOps: Fundiertes Verständnis von Systemzusammenhängen (Skalierung, Multi-Tenancy) sowie praktische Erfahrung im Bereich CI/CD, Cloud-Deployment und Monitoring.
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud-Plattform: Praktische Erfahrung z.B. mit Azure AI Foundry.
