Unser Team Modern Work & Business Solutions im Bereich Modern Infrastructure ist gut aufgestellt und wächst trotzdem weiter, wenn die Chemie stimmt. Deine Mission im Team.

  • IT-Projekte im Bereich Modern Infrastructure planst, steuerst und verantwortest Du - intern wie extern.
  • Unsere Kund:innen begleitest Du durch komplexe Projektphasen und bist dabei Sparringspartner:in auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du gestaltest Change-Prozesse aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass neue Lösungen nicht nur eingeführt, sondern auch wirklich angenommen werden.
  • Kommunikations- und Trainingskonzepte entwickelst Du nicht nur auf dem Papier - Du bringst sie auch selbst in die Umsetzung und begleitest Menschen aktiv durch Veränderung.
  • Du bringst Menschen zusammen und weißt, wie Du Teams auf ein gemeinsames Ziel einzahlst - auch wenn es mal unübersichtlich wird.
  • Agile Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban setzt Du pragmatisch ein, immer mit Blick auf die Realität beim Kunden.
  • Ob Budgetplanung, Ressourcensteuerung oder Stakeholder-Management: Du behältst das Ganze im Blick.

Wir freuen uns, wenn Du einige dieser Skills mitbringst.

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement bringst mit – idealerweise in Infrastrukturprojekten oder vergleichbaren komplexen IT-Umgebungen.
  • Change-Management ist für Dich kein Add-on, sondern ein eigenständiges Handwerk – Du weißt, wie man Menschen durch Veränderung führt.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, gehst aktiv in den Austausch und wartest nicht darauf, dass Dinge zu Dir kommen.
  • Konflikt- und Eskalationssituationen managst Du souverän und mit Blick auf das große Ganze.
  • Die Sprache der Technik verstehst Du genauso wie die Anforderungen von Stakeholdern und übersetzt somit zwischen beiden Welten.
  • Eine Zertifizierung wie PMP, PRINCE2 oder PROSCI hast Du bereits - oder Du hast Lust, sie bei uns zu machen.
