Deine Mission im Team.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und IT-Services – von der ersten Strukturierung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe in den Betrieb. Dabei sorgst du für Transparenz, Verlässlichkeit und nachhaltige Ergebnisse in komplexen Projekt- und Kundenumfeldern.

Deine Aufgaben – je nach Erfahrung und Schwerpunkt:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Softwareeinführungen, Cloud-Migrationen, Infrastruktur- oder Security-Projekte)
  • Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Aktives Stakeholder-Management mit Fachbereichen, IT, Management und Kunden
  • Verantwortung für Zeitpläne, Budgets, Ressourcen und Projektrisiken
  • Aufbau, Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Projekt- und Delivery-Standards
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Methodik und Dokumentation (klassisch, agil oder hybrid)
  • Unterstützung bei Change-, Übergabe- und Betriebsprozessen
  • Optional: Mitwirkung an IT-Service-, Governance- oder Security-Themen, je nach Projektkontext
  • Die Rolle kann – abhängig von Profil und Erfahrung – als IT-Projektmanager:in, Delivery Consultant, PMO-nahe Rolle oder perspektivisch als Senior-/Programmleitung ausgestaltet werden.

  • Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, PMO-, Delivery- oder Service-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse klassischer und/oder agiler Methoden (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL)
  • Gutes technisches Grundverständnis (IT-Architekturen, Infrastruktur, Cloud, Security von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
