Deine Mission im Team.

Du übernimmst die end-to-end Verantwortung für IT-Projekte und sorgst für Struktur, Transparenz und erfolgreiche Umsetzung – von der Planung bis zum Go-Live.

  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Softwareeinführungen, Infrastrukturprojekte, Cloud-Migrationen)
  • Aktives Stakeholder-Management mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Dienstleistern und der Managementebene
  • Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Führung externer Partner
  • Verantwortung für Zeitpläne, Budgets und Ressourcenallokation
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken inkl. Ableitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Methodik und Dokumentation (z. B. Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI)
  • Begleitung von Change-Management-Aktivitäten und Schulungsmaßnahmen im Rahmen der Projektumsetzung
  • Perspektivische Entwicklung in eine eigenverantwortliche Senior-Projekt- oder Programmleitungsrolle

Wir freuen uns, wenn Du einige dieser Skills mitbringst.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten, idealerweise in komplexen oder internationalen Umfeldern
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse klassischer und agiler Projektmanagement-Methoden; Zertifizierungen (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) von Vorteil
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis aktueller IT-Technologien, Softwarearchitekturen und IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, analytisches Denken und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
