Du bist eine erfahrene Vertriebspersönlichkeit, die moderne IT Services ganzheitlich verkauft, Beziehungen auf Augenhöhe aufbaut und neue Regionen entwickelt? Dann passt Du perfekt zu uns.

Deine Mission im Team.

  • Du entwickelst die Regionen Hamburg, Ruhrgebiet, Rheinland und Leipzig strategisch weiter und positionierst pco als MSP und MSSP.
  • Zielkunden identifizierst Du eigenständig und führst den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der Erstansprache bis zum Abschluss.
  • Gemeinsam mit Consulting und Presales erstellst Du Lösungen aus Modern Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud Services und Managed Services.
  • Eine belastbare Pipeline baust Du kontinuierlich auf und steuerst sie aktiv.
  • Die Sichtbarkeit von pco in Deinen Regionen stärkst Du durch Kundentermine, Netzwerkpflege und Präsenz vor Ort.
  • Eigene Ideen zur Erschließung neuer Kundensegmente bringst Du aktiv ein.

Wir freuen uns, wenn Du einige dieser Skills mitbringst.

  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im B2B Vertrieb von IT Services, idealerweise im MSP oder Systemhaus Umfeld.
  • Erfolge im New Business Sales und im Aufbau neuer Regionen gehören zu Deinem Profil.
  • Auf Management und C Level trittst Du souverän auf und führst Gespräche sicher.
  • Du kennst komplexe Sales Zyklen und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Modern Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Managed Services oder Cloud Themen.
  • Struktur, Abschlussstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Hunter Mindset zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du arbeitest remote, bist aber bereit, gelegentlich zu Team Events oder Meetings nach Osnabrück zu kommen.
