Deine Mission im Team.

Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Services und sorgst für Transparenz, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit.

  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, effizienten IT-Betriebs sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Services
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Serviceprozessen nach ITIL (z. B. Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Release- und Service-Level-Management)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT-Projektteams und externen Dienstleistern als zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs zur Servicequalität sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports und Service-Reviews
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Servicekatalogs sowie Verhandlung, Überwachung und Einhaltung von SLAs
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen im Servicebetrieb und Umsetzung entsprechender Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Kontrolle von IT-Budgets sowie beim Lizenz- und Vertragsmanagement
  • Perspektivische Weiterentwicklung in eine übergreifende Service- oder Betriebsverantwortung

Wir freuen uns, wenn Du einige dieser Skills mitbringst.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management oder IT-Betrieb, idealerweise in mittelständischen oder größeren Organisationen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL-basierten Serviceprozessen; Zertifizierung (z. B. ITIL Foundation oder höher) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Service-Management-Tools (z. B. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerke, Cloud-Dienste und Endgeräte-Management
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie analytisches und strukturiertes Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
