Klassische Logistik sieht anders aus. Bei uns gibt's kein Hochregallager und keinen Hubwagen - Du organisierst ein kompaktes Lager für IT-Hardware und bist gleichzeitig Ansprechperson für Dienstleister, Versand und alles, was rund um unseren Standort passiert.

Du behältst den Überblick, wenn Waren ein- und ausgehen, koordinierst Lieferungen und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles reibungslos läuft. Gleichzeitig übernimmst Du gerne Verantwortung und hast neben Logistik und Lagerorganisation auch Themen rund um Arbeitssicherheit und unsere Gebäude im Blick.

Klingt nach Dir? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams. In Deiner Rolle als Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere logistischen Abläufe zuverlässig funktionieren: vom Wareneingang über die Lagerhaltung und Kommissionierung bis hin zum nationalen und internationalen Versand.

Darüber hinaus übernimmst Du organisatorische Aufgaben rund um Arbeitssicherheit, Dienstleister und unseren Standort und gestaltest bestehende Prozesse aktiv mit.

Deine Mission im Team.

  • Du verantwortest die Organisation und Verwaltung unseres Lagers und stellst einen reibungslosen Wareneingang und Warenausgang sicher.
  • Inventuren planst und führst Du eigenständig durch und kümmerst Dich um die Klärung von Bestandsabweichungen und Fehlmengen.
  • Für Paketdienste und Speditionen holst Du eigenständig Angebote ein, vergleichst Konditionen und unterstützt bei Vertragsverhandlungen und der Auswahl geeigneter Dienstleister.
  • Nationale und internationale Versandaufträge inklusive der erforderlichen Exportabwicklung koordinierst Du zuverlässig.
  • Reparaturen, Retouren und Hardwareaustausche stimmst Du mit unseren Kunden, Herstellern und Repaircentern ab.
  • Auch weitere organisatorische Themen rund um unseren Standort liegen bei Dir in guten Händen. Dazu gehören beispielsweise die Koordination externer Dienstleister aus den Bereichen Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Brandschutz sowie die Vertretung im Bereich Hausmeister- und Gebäudeservice.

Wir freuen uns, wenn Du einige dieser Skills mitbringst.

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, , Spedition, Groß- und Außenhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung in der Lagerorganisation, Versandabwicklung oder Logistik mit.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich und verlierst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben nicht den Überblick.
  • Der Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts- oder ERP-Systemen ist Dir vertraut.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher mit Dienstleistern, Speditionen, Hersteller und unseren internen Teams.
  • Du hast Interesse daran, Verantwortung für Themen rund um Arbeitssicherheit und betriebliche Organisation zu übernehmen.
  • Du packst gerne selbst mit an und hast gleichzeitig Spaß daran, Abläufe zu organisieren und bestehende Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
