An diesem Vormittag bekommst Du die Chance, einen echten Einblick in den Ausbildungsberuf Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration zu erhalten, freiwillig, persönlich und ohne Pflichtprogramm. Wir zeigen Dir, wie IT bei uns gelebt wird: modern, praxisnah, im Team und auf Augenhöhe. Du lernst unser Unternehmen kennen, triffst unsere Auszubildenden und bekommst ein Gespür für die Aufgaben, die Dich in einer Ausbildung bei uns erwarten könnten.

Als IHK-zertifizierter Top-Ausbildungsbetrieb freuen wir uns, jungen Talenten wie Dir einen ersten, echten Zugang zur IT-Welt zu bieten.

Deine Mission im Team.

  • Du startest gemeinsam mit anderen Teilnehmenden, unseren Azubis und Ausbildenden. Erstmal ankommen, kennenlernen, ein paar spannende Insights zu pco und unseren Bereichen mitnehmen.
  • Beim Rundgang durch unser Gebäude bekommst Du einen Eindruck davon, wie wir arbeiten und kommunizieren.
  • Danach tauchst Du tiefer ein: Du entscheidest Dich für ein Thema, das Dich besonders interessiert: Sind es Cyber Security Themen oder ist es doch eher der Modern Infrastructure Bereich?
  • Dort begleitest Du eine:n Auszubildende:n in den Arbeitsalltag. Gemeinsam löst ihr typische Aufgaben aus dem Berufsleben und erfahrt, wie IT bei uns gelebt wird.
  • Zum Abschluss gibt’s ein gemeinsames Mittagessen mit allen. Zeit für Austausch, Feedback und Deine Fragen ans Team.

  • Ob Technik-Fan oder einfach neugierig: Du willst erleben, wie vielfältig IT wirklich ist und rausfinden, ob das etwas für Dich sein könnte.
  • Du bist noch unentschlossen, wohin Dein Weg führen soll, aber bist offen dafür, Neues kennenzulernen.
  • Im Team fühlst Du Dich wohl, Du hörst zu, bringst Dich ein und hilfst auch mal mit, wenn’s nicht Deine Aufgabe ist.
  • Austausch mit anderen macht Dir Spaß, Fragen stellen, Perspektiven hören, Input mitnehmen.
  • Du kommst aus Osnabrück oder der Umgebung.
