Bei PCS entwickelst du rund um DEXIOS, unsere cloud-basierte SaaS-Lösung für Zutrittskontrolle und Zeiterfassung, smarte Services, die Kunden wirklich entlasten: automatisiertes Onboarding, intelligentes Monitoring, KI-gestützte Datenanalysen, Self-Service und agentische Workflows. Dabei geht es nicht darum, eine weitere Oberfläche zu bauen – sondern darum, UI durch intelligente Automatismen zu ersetzen, applikatives Wissen neu zu denken und echte Effizienzgewinne zu schaffen. Als Sparringspartner (m/w/d) der Zukunft begleitest du Themen über den gesamten Weg von der Projektanbahnung bis zur Implementierung beim Kunden – sprich von der ersten Idee über den Prototyp bis zur tragfähigen Lösung. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst Ownership für smarte Services – von der Problemanalyse über die Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung von Prototypen und Proofs of Concept. Dabei denkst du Endverantwortung, Wartbarkeit und KI-gestütztes Lifecycle-Management von Anfang an mit
  • Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe konsequent, erkennst Prozessverbesserungen innerhalb der Applikation sowie in Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb und treibst Automatisierung aktiv voran
  • Du entwickelst agentische Lösungen, die manuelle Schritte reduzieren, manuelle UI-Interaktionen durch intelligente Automatismen ersetzen, applikatives Wissen neu denken und Kunden wie interne Teams spürbar entlasten
  • Du konzipierst und baust KI-gestützte Lösungen für die Moderation des Kunden-Onboardingprozesses, intelligentes Monitoring, Self-Service, Datenanalysen und automatisierte Abläufe
  • Du führst Workshops und Kundeninterviews, verstehst Bedarfe aus erster Hand und übersetzt sie in umsetzbare Konzepte
  • Du probierst neue Tools, KI-Anwendungen und Arbeitsweisen proaktiv aus, denkst nach vorne und entwickelst dich sowie unsere Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits relevante praktische Erfahrung gesammelt und verstehst technische Zusammenhänge – APIs, Datenflüsse, Systemarchitekturen und SaaS-Lösungen – und kannst dieses Verständnis in pragmatische, funktionierende Lösungen übersetzen
  • Du nutzt KI und LLMs selbstverständlich in deinem Arbeitsalltag – mit Plattformen wie OpenAI oder Anthropic – und kennst Ansätze wie RAG, Agenten oder strukturierte Datenextraktion. Entscheidend ist weniger die technische Tiefe als dein Gespür dafür, wo LLMs echten Nutzen bringen, wo ihre Grenzen liegen und wie du sie sinnvoll einsetzt
  • Du verantwortest deine Themen proaktiv, stellst den Status quo in Frage und hast Lust, Veränderung mutig nach vorne zu treiben – dabei kommunizierst du Fortschritt aktiv und bleibst dran, bis aus einer Idee ein Ergebnis wird
  • Du überzeugst durch Kommunikations- und Dialogstärke – ob im Gespräch mit Kunden, imSparring mit dem Teamlead oder im internen interdisziplinären Austausch.
  • Du bringst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit, arbeitest dich lösungsorientiert zügig in applikative Zusammenhänge ein und kannst bestehendes Wissen neu denken – dabei wartest Du nicht auf Vorgaben, sondern bringst Themen im gemeinsamen Austausch voran
  • Du kannst den Nutzen von Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung nicht nur technisch, sondern auch wirtschaftlich begründen – intern wie extern
