  • 1. Strategische Verantwortung & NormkonformitätErstellung und Pflege funktionaler Sicherheitspläne inkl. Meilensteinen und bereichsübergreifenden Verantwortlichkeiten. Gesamtverantwortung für die Einhaltung funktionaler Sicherheit gemäß IEC 61508, ISO 26262 und internen Richtlinien in den jew. Projekten. Erstellung vollständiger Sicherheitsnachweise (Safety Cases) sowie Empfehlung technischer Freigaben für Releases.
  • 2. Technische Leitung, Systementwicklung & AbnahmeFachliche Leitung & technische Freigabe sicherheitsrelevanter Analysen (HARA, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA) und Ableitung erforderlicher technischen und prozessualler Maßnahmen. Entwicklung neuer sicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen und technischer Sicherheitskonzepte für HW-, SW- und Systemebene. Verantwortung für innovative Safety-Lösungen über E/E‑Systeme, Software und Hardware hinweg. Verifikation & Validierung: Planung und Bewertung aller V&V‑Maßnahmen sicherheitsrelevanter Funktionen inkl. Testaktivitäten.
  • 3. Koordination & KommunikationFunktionsübergreifende Steuerung: Leitung aller sicherheitsrelevanten Aktivitäten im E/E‑Entwicklungsprozess; Moderation von Reviews und technischen Verhandlungen mit Projektteams und Kunden. • Weiterbildung & Befähigung: Schulung von Mitarbeitenden in Normen, Methoden und Prozessen der funktionalen Sicherheit.
  • 4. Standardisierung & ZertifizierungenNormenarbeit: Vertretung des Unternehmens in nationalen/internationalen Normungsgremien (z. B. IEC, CENELEC, DKE, VDMA) sowie aktive Mitarbeit an zukünftigen Norminhalten. • Produktzertifizierungen: Leitung und Kommunikation mit benannten Stellen, Behörden und Klassifikationsgesellschaften (z. B. TÜV, DEKRA, DNV, Bureau Veritas); Verantwortung für Nachweisumfänge, Systemgrenzen, Fristen und regulatorische Anforderungen.

Wie du uns überzeugst

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar; idealerweise mit Fokus Produktsicherheit.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktsicherheitsmanagement und in der Bewertung sicherheitskritischer Systeme.
  • Fundierte Kompetenz in relevanten Normen und Standards der Funktionalen Sicherheit, insbesondere IEC 61508, DIN EN 50126, DIN EN 50129, DIN EN 50716, Regelwerke der Klassifikationsgesellschaften, Maschinenrichtlinie 2006/42/EG und Maschinenverordnung (EU) 2023/1230; vorzugsweise zusätzlich Erfahrung in militärischen Normen (BS EN IEC 63187, MIL-STD-882) sowie im Bereich Energiespeichersysteme (DIN EN IEC 62933).
  • Projektmanagementkenntnisse wünschenswert.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sicheres Auftreten, starke Kommunikation, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.
