Als Werkstudent*in unterstützt du uns dabei, unsere Marke auf Social Media sichtbar zu machen, spannende Einblicke aus der IT- und Cybersecurity-Welt zu teilen und unsere Community wachsen zu lassen. Bei uns bekommst du echten Gestaltungsspielraum, Verantwortung und Projekte, die du aktiv mitprägen kannst.

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle, insbesondere LinkedIn und Instagram
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Social-Media-Auftritts unter Beobachtung aktueller Social-Media-Trends sowie Wettbewerbs- und Themenrecherche
  • Entwicklung kreativer Ideen für Beiträge, Storys, Kurzvideos, Kampagnen und Formate rund um IT, Cybersecurity, Teamkultur und Projekte
  • Aufbereitung von fachlichen Themen in verständlichen, relevanten und aufmerksamkeitsstarken Content im Sinne von Grafiken, Visuals, Präsentationen und Video-Content und die Auswertung dieser
  • Unterstützung bei Employer Branding, Recruiting-Kampagnen und interner Kommunikation
  • Mitwirkung an der Vorbereitung verschiedener Messen und bei Veranstaltungen, Fotoshootings oder Content-Produktion vor Ort

Wie du uns überzeugst

  • du studierst Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Design, Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang, wichtig ist uns vor allem deine Begeisterung für Social Media und kreativen Content
  • du hast ein gutes Gefühl für Sprache, Zielgruppen und aktuelle digitale Trends
  • Du kennst Plattformen wie LinkedIn und Instagram nicht nur aus Nutzersicht, sondern verstehst auch, welcher Content dort funktioniert
  • du kannst Texte klar, kreativ und adressatengerecht formulieren, auf Deutsch und idealerweise auch auf Englisch
  • du bringst erste Erfahrung mit Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut oder ähnlichen Tools mit
  • du bist organisiert, zuverlässig und arbeitest eigenständig, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hast Lust, diese umzusetzen
