  • Leitung digitaler IT- Governance- Projekte (im Rahmen der Aufgaben des Digital & IT Excellence Centers) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden internen und externen Teams
  • Leitung und Moderation von Lenkungsausschüssen zur Berichterstattung über Projekt- und Produktfortschritte und zur Beseitigung von Hindernissen
  • Funktionales (projektbezogenes) Management eines Projektteams
  • Prozessressourcenplanung und -steuerung sowie Überwachung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Projekt- und Unternehmensziele
  • Anwendung von Projektmanagementverfahren, -methoden und -tools
  • Beratung & Unterstützung von Projekten und Projektteams innerhalb der Digital IT PMO-Organisation zur Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von IT Projekten
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Entwicklung unseres Governance-Rahmens und des Projektmanagementprozess, um die Effizienz während des gesamten Lebenszyklus des Prozesses zu steigern (z.B. Automatisierungen, Simplifizierung)
  • Vorbereitung & Bereitstellung von relevanten Informationen für ad-hoc Anfragen, Präsentationen & Berichten für das Digital & IT Management und das Senior Management im Rahmen der Aufgaben des Digital & IT Excellence Centers

Wie du uns überzeugst

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft) oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Aufgabenrelevante Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Verantwortungsbereich
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und in der Zusammenarbeit mit den erforderlichen Schnittstellen
  • Nachweisliche Beherrschung von Projektmanagement-Methoden, -Werkzeugen und -Techniken
  • Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und Governance-Rahmenwerke zu entwickeln, die mit den Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität in Bezug auf zugewiesene Projekte und Aufgaben
