  • Infrastructure Deployment
  • Configure, deploy, and support network equipment across multiple locations.
  • Assist with implementation of switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and WAN connectivity solutions.
  • Support new site openings, equipment replacements, infrastructure upgrades, and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory, configuration records, and asset documentation.
  • Circuit and Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with internet service providers, telecommunications carriers, and technology vendors.
  • Open, manage, and escalate carrier support cases during outages and service interruptions.
  • Assist with circuit provisioning, migrations, installations, and service changes.
  • Track vendor commitments and help drive issues through resolution.

Network Monitoring and Reliability

  • Monitor network health, availability, and performance through enterprise monitoring platforms.
  • Investigate recurring issues and identify opportunities to improve reliability and user experience.
  • Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to monitoring standards, alert tuning, and operational best practices.

Security and Maintenance

  • Support firewall administration, network segmentation, and secure connectivity initiatives.
  • Assist with site-to-site and remote-access VPN configuration and maintenance.
  • Participate in patching, vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, and network equipment lifecycle management.
  • Follow change-management, security, and documentation practices.

Documentation and Continuous Improvement

  • Create and maintain network diagrams, standards, runbooks, procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Contribute to process improvements and infrastructure modernization projects.
  • Collaborate effectively across technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Continuously develop skills in networking, security, cloud connectivity, monitoring, and automation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
