Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Projekten nach erfolgreicher Planungs- und Kalkulationsphase bis zur Übergabe an den Kunden
  • Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Abstimmungen vor Ort
  • Auftragsprüfung auf technische Umsetzbarkeit und kaufmännische Plausibilität
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen, Angeboten sowie Küchen- und Installationsplänen in CARAT
  • Koordination von Liefer- und Montageterminen mit Partnerunternehmen
  • Planung und Disposition der Handelsware
  • Kaufmännische Verantwortung und Monitoring der Projekte
  • Kontrolle und Abnahme der Arbeitsleistung bei Fertigstellung vor Ort

Ihr Profil

Wir suchen so bald wie möglich für unsere Niederlassungen in Frankfurt am Main einen technischen Bauleiter (m/w/d) Projekte in Vollzeit für unser Team - eine Person, die uns mit ihrer Persönlichkeit überzeugt und sich für unsere Produkte begeistert.

  • Idealerweise Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d) mit Fachrichtung Holztechnik, Möbel oder Schreiner (m/w/d), Tischler (m/w/d) oder Sie sind ein Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) und verfügen über technisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung in der Projektorganisation, idealerweise im Bereich Einbauküchen, Bauwesen oder Immobilien (Kenntnisse über VOB/B) vorteilhaft
  • Organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf verschiedenen Unternehmensebenen
  • Erfahrung mit Planungssoftware von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
