Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Bestands- und Neukunden im Bereich Haustechnik
  • Aktiver Vertrieb sowie Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Erstellung, Kalkulation und konsequente Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Auftragsabwicklung von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Unterstützung bei der nachhaltigen Lösungsfindung
  • Betreuung, kontinuierliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres B2B-Onlineshops
  • Durchführung von Kundenschulungen zu unseren digitalen Lösungen und E-Commerce-Angeboten
  • Mitwirkung bei Verkaufsaktionen, Marketingmaßnahmen sowie der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Social-Media-Inhalten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Haustechnik
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Verkauf oder in der Kundenberatung
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie idealerweise Produktkenntnisse im SHK-Umfeld
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
