Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians to perform vehicle maintenance, oil and filter changes, fluid services, and general vehicle inspections. The ideal candidates should have hands-on automotive servicing experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to deliver quality services while maintaining workshop safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil and filter changes, oil flushing, gear oil top-ups, and other fluid services.
  • Carry out radiator draining, refilling, and cooling system checks.
  • Perform tyre changes, puncture repairs, and wheel balancing where required.
  • Inspect vehicles to identify potential mechanical issues and recommend appropriate services.
  • Explain inspection findings to customers and suggest suitable products and maintenance services.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, products used, and vehicle inspections.
  • Conduct daily and monthly stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, and workshop supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the service station.
  • Guide and supervise Assistant Technicians, demonstrate proper service procedures, and monitor work quality.
  • Follow established workshop procedures, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in automotive servicing, oil change centers, quick-lube facilities, fast-fit chains, or automotive workshops.
  • Automotive vocational training or a relevant technical diploma preferred.
  • Secondary-level education is required.
  • Practical experience in oil and filter changes, fluid services, and vehicle inspections.
  • Knowledge of radiator maintenance, cooling systems, and basic vehicle diagnostics.
  • Experience in tyre replacement, puncture repairs, and wheel balancing is an advantage.
  • Basic computer and inventory management skills.
  • Good spoken English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
  • Ability to guide and supervise junior technicians.
  • Strong customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 10 kg.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts and follow workshop safety procedures.

Preferred Candidates: Experienced or senior Automotive Service Technicians with previous experience in quick-lube centers, fuel station service bays, fast-fit chains, or automotive dealerships.
