Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and experienced Tyre Technicians to perform tyre inspections, repairs, replacements, balancing, and alignment services. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in automotive workshops, good technical knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tyre repairs, replacements, balancing, and wheel alignment.
  • Inspect tyres for tread wear, damage, pressure issues, and other faults.
  • Diagnose tyre-related problems and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Safely operate tyre repair tools, machinery, and workshop equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks and road tests upon completion of work.
  • Maintain accurate job cards, repair records, and documentation of labour and parts.
  • Ensure proper handling and documentation of warranty-related tyre replacements.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workshop area.
  • Assist colleagues with technical tasks and other automotive maintenance activities.
  • Follow workshop procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Tyre Technician in a tyre centre, automotive workshop, fast-fit chain, or dealership.
  • Automotive vocational training or a relevant technical diploma preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in tyre repair, replacement, balancing, and wheel alignment.
  • Good knowledge of tyre inspection and fault diagnosis.
  • Ability to operate tyre servicing tools and equipment safely.
  • Basic IT and documentation skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude, good grooming, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Candidates: Experienced or senior Tyre Technicians with relevant automotive workshop experience.
