HR MANAGER

SAN PEDRO DE MACORÍS

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or a related industry.

Strong knowledge of Dominican labor legislation and employment compliance.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and workforce development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and lead the Human Resources function for the manufacturing plant.

Develop and execute recruitment and workforce planning strategies.

Manage hiring, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with Dominican labor legislation and corporate policies.

Oversee payroll, time and attendance, and benefits administration.

Coordinate with the Plant Manager and U.S.-based HR leadership.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday

WORK MODALITY: Initially remote; 100% on-site once the manufacturing plant opens.
