The posting

Objetivo: Diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias integrales de marketing, comunicación y relaciones públicas para alcanzar los objetivos del club, promoviendo la atracción, retención e integración de los socios mediante la gestión estratégica de eventos y presupuestos.

Funciones principales:

  • Diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias integrales de marketing y comunicación para alcanzar los objetivos del club.
  • Crear y gestionar el presupuesto de ventas y marketing, asegurando la optimización de los recursos.
  • Desarrollar e implementar planes estratégicos para la atracción y retención de nuevos socios.
  • Liderar la coordinación y ejecución de eventos (de principio a fin), velando por la logística y organización estratégica.
  • Implementar y gestionar activamente las estrategias de Relaciones Públicas y presencia en medios de comunicación.
  • Gestionar patrocinios con empresas y proveedores para solventar actividades y torneos del club.
  • Mantener actualizadas las redes sociales y canales digitales para incentivar la participación de los socios.
  • Dar soporte a los comités organizativos de los diferentes torneos que se celebran en el club.
  • Coordinar la logística de reuniones, ruedas de prensa, reservas y asignación de mesas para eventos especiales.
  • Atender a los socios para la evaluación de instalaciones y pruebas de menú en eventos privados.
  • Rendir informes detallados sobre los resultados y desempeño de las actividades de marketing.
  • Planificar el calendario anual de actividades junto con la Administración y presentarlo a la Junta Directiva.
  • Supervisar y evaluar el desempeño del personal bajo su cargo (coordinadores y asistentes).
  • Desplazarse a las distintas sedes para supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de los eventos cuando se requiera.

Requisitos:

  • Lic. en Marketing, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación Social o carreras afines.
  • Cursos/conocimientos en Marketing Digital, Gestión de Eventos a Gran Escala, Manejo de Presupuestos, Dominio del Paquete Office.
  • Manejo de Inglés Deseable.
  • años o más en puestos similares de coordinación/gerencia de marketing, relaciones públicas y eventos masivos.
  • Experiencia en mercadeo digital, administración de presupuesto de ventas/marketing, gestión de patrocinios con marcas, manejo de crisis y relaciones con la prensa.
  • Licencia de conducir y vehículo propio.
  • Disponibilidad de horario y flexibilidad para movilizarse cuando la operativa o eventos lo ameriten.
