Misión del puesto:

Comercial Velar por la excelencia en la gestión de la tienda, garantizando un tráfico de clientes de calidad, que se sientan acompañados durante todo el proceso de adaptación y venta.

Funciones:

  • Ser el máximo responsable en la ejecución del protocolo de atención en las primeras fases del acompañamiento al cliente (welcoming).
  • Captar clientes y nuevas oportunidades comerciales realizando telemarketing de la base de datos propias del centro o de listados de posibles clientes a través del CRM, siendo responsible de su Gestión y administración.
  • Garantizar la máxima ocupación en la agenda de la tienda, ajustando cantidad y calidad de las citas, para optimizar así la productividad y eficiencia del tiempo en la misma.
  • Realizar el análisis semanal de los principales KPIs del punto de venta, para poder establecer, junto con el Especialista Comercial y el/los Audioprotesista/s, planes de acción que mejoren los resultados.
  • Llevar a cabo las actividades de marketing establecidas para incrementar el tráfico de clientes (telemarketing, folletos, etc.), y las ventas a través del canal escaparate/vitrinas.
  • Mejorar la satisfacción, de nuestros clientes y de clientes con pruebas activas; a través de seguimiento telefónico para mejorar su satisfacción como usuario, promover su compra y lograr su fidelidad.
  • Realizar la venta de accesorios y ayudas técnicas, para potenciar asíla facturación de la categoría.
  • Realizar la preparación previa de visitas programadas a el/los Audioprotesista/s: audífonos en stock, documentación protocolo, equipamiento de conectividad, etc.

Formación y experiencia requerida:

  • Técnico Superior en Comercio o Administración.
  • 2 años de experiencia en posiciones de atención al cliente, con objetivo de venta.
  • Horario Lunes a Viernes 9:00 am 6:00 pm, Sábados 8:00 am 12:00 MD
