Quem somos?

Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Mercado – Agronegócio para atuar em uma empresa internacional do segmento de máquinas e equipamentos agrícolas, contribuindo para o conhecimento do mercado brasileiro, identificação de oportunidades e fortalecimento do relacionamento com produtores rurais e parceiros comerciais.

O profissional terá contato direto com a gestão da empresa, participando de pesquisas de mercado, visitas técnicas e comerciais e atividades estratégicas de apoio ao desenvolvimento da operação no Brasil.

Principais atividades:

Realizar pesquisas sobre o mercado brasileiro de máquinas e equipamentos agrícolas, identificando concorrentes, produtos, preços, tendências e oportunidades.

Acompanhar ocasionalmente o gestor da empresa em visitas a produtores rurais, fazendas, concessionárias e parceiros comerciais.

Levantar informações sobre as necessidades dos clientes e características do mercado agrícola regional.

Apoiar a comunicação e o relacionamento entre a gestão internacional e clientes e parceiros locais.

Organizar e analisar informações coletadas durante visitas, pesquisas e contatos com o mercado.

Elaborar relatórios de mercado, apresentando informações sobre concorrentes, produtos e oportunidades identificadas.

Auxiliar no planejamento e na organização de reuniões, visitas comerciais e demais atividades relacionadas ao desenvolvimento do mercado.

Prestar suporte à gestão nas demandas relacionadas ao mercado agrícola brasileiro.

Requisitos:

Conhecimento do agronegócio brasileiro e de suas principais características comerciais.

Familiaridade com o mercado agrícola, incluindo produtores rurais, máquinas, equipamentos e canais de comercialização.

Boa comunicação e facilidade para estabelecer relacionamento com diferentes públicos.

Capacidade de organização, pesquisa, análise de informações e elaboração de relatórios.

Perfil proativo, responsável, com autonomia e facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos.

CNH categoria B válida.

Disponibilidade para visitas externas ocasionais e viagens curtas a trabalho.

Será considerado um diferencial:

Experiência profissional em concessionárias de máquinas agrícolas, fabricantes de equipamentos, empresas de insumos ou serviços ligados ao agronegócio.

Formação técnica ou superior em Agronegócio, Agronomia, Administração, Mecânica ou áreas relacionadas.

Conhecimento sobre marcas, modelos e características técnicas de máquinas agrícolas.

Conhecimento de inglês.

Experiência anterior em empresas internacionais, especialmente de origem chinesa.
