Quem somos?

Somos uma empresa de contabilidade localizada no município de Palhoça/SC. Fundada em abril de 2013 com o intuito de atender a demanda das empresas na região da Grande Florianópolis, nos mais variados ramos de atividades.

O que você vai fazer?

Apoio na admissão e rescisão de funcionários (cadastro, documentos, contratos)

Conferência e lançamento de informações para a folha de pagamento (horas extras, faltas, benefícios)

Apoio no cálculo de férias, 13º salário e verbas rescisórias

Apoio nas obrigações acessórias (eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb)

Organização e arquivamento de documentos, físicos e digitais

Atendimento a clientes por e-mail, telefone e WhatsApp

Outras rotinas do departamento conforme o aprendizado

Vamos adorar se você tiver os seguintes requisitos:

Estar cursando ensino superior em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;

Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

Organização, atenção aos detalhes e vontade de aprender;

Interesse em desenvolver carreira na área de Departamento Pessoal.

Será legal se você tiver:

Conhecimento básico da legislação trabalhista;

Familiaridade com rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;

Conhecimento básico sobre folha de pagamento e eSocial.

Palhoça/SC - Pagani

Qual o meu horário de trabalho?

4 horas por dia de segunda a sexta (horário a deifinir)
