O que você vai fazer?

Realizar inspeções de segurança nos ambientes de trabalho, identificando riscos e propondo medidas preventivas e corretivas;

Acompanhar o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e dos procedimentos internos de segurança;

Orientar os colaboradores quanto ao uso correto dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Coletiva (EPCs);

Realizar treinamentos, integrações de segurança e Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS);

Apoiar a implementação e o acompanhamento dos programas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (SST);

Investigar acidentes e incidentes de trabalho, auxiliando na identificação das causas e na elaboração de planos de ação;

Acompanhar as atividades da CIPA e apoiar campanhas de prevenção de acidentes;

Controlar a entrega, substituição e utilização de EPIs;

Elaborar relatórios, registros e indicadores relacionados à segurança do trabalho;

Acompanhar as condições de segurança de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações industriais;

Atuar junto às lideranças e equipes operacionais para fortalecer a cultura de segurança.

Vamos adorar se você tiver os seguintes requisitos:

Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo;

Registro profissional conforme legislação vigente;

Experiência anterior na área de Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais;

Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras, especialmente NR-06, NR-12, NR-17 e NR-36;

Conhecimento em identificação de riscos ocupacionais e prevenção de acidentes;

Familiaridade com PGR, PCMSO e demais rotinas de SST;

Conhecimento em investigação de acidentes e aplicação de medidas preventivas;

Boa comunicação, organização, proatividade e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Será legal se você tiver:

Experiência em frigoríficos, abatedouros ou indústrias alimentícias;

Conhecimento prático da NR-36;

Vivência com auditorias e fiscalizações de segurança;

Experiência na realização de treinamentos e campanhas de conscientização.

Palhoça/SC

Qual o meu horário de trabalho?

Segunda à Quinta: 08:00-18:00 c/ 1 h de intervalo e sexta-feira: 08:00 às 17:00 c/ 1h de intervalo.

Salário:

Remuneração a combinar, compatível com a experiência, as qualificações e os conhecimentos técnicos do profissional. Buscamos valorizar talentos e oferecer uma proposta alinhada ao perfil do candidato.
