Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Creative Director of Marketing to lead the creative strategy and execution for our sports properties. Based in our Miami headquarters, you will be the driving force behind our visual identity and brand storytelling, ensuring our marketing initiatives resonate deeply with fans, partners, and the broader sports community.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, Sports, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, video producers, and content creators. You will conceptualize and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive fan engagement, and support revenue-generating initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and possesses a deep passion for sports, culture, and lifestyle marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Vision & Brand Leadership

  • Define, evolve, and champion the visual identity and creative voice of our sports brands across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop compelling, culture-defining creative concepts that align with the overarching marketing strategy set by the SVP of Marketing.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all mediums, including broadcast, digital, social media, out-of-home (OOH), print, in-venue, and experiential activations.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end creative process for major campaigns, from ideation and pitching to production and post-launch analysis.
  • Direct high-profile photo and video shoots, working closely with internal production teams and external agencies to ensure output meets elite industry standards.
  • Design compelling collateral for revenue-driving initiatives, including ticketing campaigns, corporate partnership pitches, and premium hospitality offerings.

Team Management & Mentorship

  • Manage, inspire, and develop a diverse in-house creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize creative workflows and resource allocation to ensure high-quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
  • Provide actionable, constructive feedback to elevate the work of junior creatives and mid-level managers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the broader marketing, digital, communications, and live-event production teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms.
  • Act as the primary creative liaison for external stakeholders, including corporate sponsors, broadcast partners, and external creative or media agencies.
  • Present creative concepts and strategic rationale clearly and persuasively to executive leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive creative experience in an agency or in-house environment, with at least 4 years in a senior creative leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
  • Industry Expertise: Background in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brand marketing is strongly preferred. A deep understanding of sports culture, fandom, and the vibrant Miami market is a significant plus.
  • Portfolio: A world-class portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing major, multi-platform brand campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects). Deep understanding of modern digital design, video production, motion graphics, and typography.
  • Work Style: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to pivot quickly, manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and thrive under the pressures of a live-event calendar.
  • Work Arrangement: This is a fully on-site role requiring physical presence in our Miami office 5 days a week, with the expectation to attend evening and weekend games, events, and shoots as the sports schedule dictates.

What We Offer

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
