  • Justify and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects related to new equipment, automation, or facility upgrades.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling to forecast capacity constraints, labor requirements, and operational costs.
  • Develop and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on operational variances and supply chain inefficiencies.

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (including Supply Chain, IT, and Warehouse Management) to execute strategic corporate initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, ideally within an apparel, retail, distribution, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Certifications: Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar layout design software.

Core Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • This position operates primarily in a professional corporate office environment in Doral, FL, but requires regular time spent on-site within distribution and warehouse environments.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and observe operations on the warehouse floor for extended periods.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
