Wir arbeiten mit einem führenden internationalen Customer-Experience-Dienstleister zusammen und suchen deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter im Technischen Support & Verkauf für ein Telekommunikationsprojekt in Tiflis, Georgien.

In dieser Position kombinierst du technischen Support, Kundenberatung und Verkauf. Du unterstützt deutschsprachige Kunden bei technischen Problemen rund um Internet, TV, Festnetz, VoIP und IPTV und empfiehlst bei Bedarf passende Zusatzprodukte. Englischkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Die Position richtet sich an Kandidaten, die bereits in Georgien leben. Unterstützung bei einem Umzug innerhalb Georgiens kann angeboten werden. Nach 6 Monaten besteht die Möglichkeit, hybrid zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonischer technischer Support auf Deutsch für Internet, Festnetz, TV, VoIP und IPTV
  • Analyse und Diagnose technischer Störungen mithilfe verschiedener Systeme
  • Eigenständiges Troubleshooting und Bearbeitung technischer Kundenfälle
  • Regelmäßige Information der Kunden über den aktuellen Bearbeitungsstatus
  • Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Finden geeigneter Lösungen
  • Empfehlung und Verkauf passender Zusatzprodukte und Services
  • Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung bestehender Support- und Geschäftsprozesse
  • Erreichung der vereinbarten Service-, Qualitäts- und Vertriebsziele

Dein Profil

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice
  • Ausgeprägte technische Affinität und Interesse an Telekommunikation
  • Freude an Problemlösung, Kundenberatung und telefonischem Verkauf
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Aktueller Wohnsitz in Georgien
