Einleitung

Als Group Product Manager verantwortest du eine Product Area im Produktmanagement, führst ein Team von Product Managern und arbeitest täglich mit einem breiten Stakeholder-Feld zusammen. Was ist Deine Aufgabe?

  • People Leadership, Coaching & Culture: Du hast die volle disziplinarische Verantwortung für ein Team von 2–3 Product Managern und prägst die Teamkultur mit dem Ziel, wachsende Eigenverantwortung und Empowerment im Team zu entwickeln.
  • Produktstrategie & Alignment: Du entwickelst und verantwortest die Strategie für deine Product Area und stellst das kontinuierliche Alignment mit unseren Unternehmenszielen sicher. Du managst den Produktlebenszyklus und pflegst den Product Governance Prozess – schnell liefern, ohne Qualität zu opfern.
  • Business Impact & Markt: Du steuerst Ressourcen für maximalen Impact und bewertest und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Kundenzufriedenheit auf Area-Ebene. Dafür hast du Markttrends und den Wettbewerb stets im Blick.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Du hältst für deine Product Area die Fäden zusammen und hast stets das große Ganze im Blick. Dabei kommunizierst du sicher mit unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen und Managementebenen.

Deine Fähigkeiten:

  • Du bringst 7+ Jahre relevante Erfahrung als Senior PM, Lead PM oder Team Lead im Product Management mit – idealerweise in einem schnellwachsenden Start-up, Scale-up, SaaS- oder IoT-Umfeld.
  • Du hast über 1,5 Jahre Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung.
  • Du hast eigenständig eine Produktstrategie auf Area-Ebene entwickelt und verantwortet – inkl. Roadmap-Planung.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit agilen Methoden und bist vertraut mit Outcome-Metriken und datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur internen Kollaboration.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, übernimmst Ownership für komplexe Themen und verlierst dabei nie das große Ganze aus dem Blick.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.

Work Setup:

  • 40 Stunden pro Woche (Vertrauensbasis)
  • Homeoffice Policy: 3 Tage im Office / 2 Tage remote
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
