Was ist Deine Aufgabe?

  • Chancen erkennen: Du recherchierst B2B- und B2G-Kund:innen und findest heraus, wie unsere digitale Parkraumbewirtschaftung ihren Alltag erleichtern kann.
  • Beziehungen aufbauen: Du nimmst ersten Kontakt auf – per Telefon, E-Mail oder LinkedIn. Du führst ehrliche Gespräche auf Augenhöhe, ganz ohne starre Leitfäden.
  • Gemeinsam erfolgreich sein: Du qualifizierst Interessent:innen und übergibst sie für die nächsten Schritte an Deine Kolleg:innen aus dem Account Management.
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten: Du hältst Deine Kontakte und Erkenntnisse übersichtlich in unserem CRM-System (HubSpot) fest.
  • Am Ball bleiben: Du pflegst den Kontakt zu bestehenden Ansprechpartner:innen und zeigst neue Potenziale auf.

Deine Fähigkeiten:

  • Freude an Kommunikation: Du gehst offen und empathisch auf Menschen zu, kannst gut zuhören und machst komplexe Themen leicht verständlich.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen: Du hast bereits im direkten Kundenkontakt gearbeitet (z. B. Gastronomie, Service, Verkauf, Rezeption, Promotion oder Support).
  • Lernbereitschaft & Motivation: Du hast Lust, Neues auszuprobieren, lässt Dich von einem "Nein" nicht entmutigen und willst Dich fachlich weiterentwickeln.
  • Teamgeist & Verlässlichkeit: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, unterstützt Deine Kolleg:innen und schätzt ein wertschätzendes Miteinander.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Englisch ist ein schönes Plus, aber kein Muss.

Work Setup:

  • Standort: München (Neue Balan)
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (40h, Vertrauensarbeitszeit)
  • Setup: Hybrid (3 Tage Office / 2 Tage Remote) & 29 Urlaubstage
  • Vertrag: unbefristet
  • Gehalt: 42.000 € – 57.000 € OTE pro Jahr (Fixum + ungedeckelter Bonus)
  • Team: 12 Kolleg:innen
