Zakres obowiązków, czyli co będzie w Twojej MOCy:

  • poznawanie procesów HR i źródeł danych wykorzystywanych w raportowaniu, przy wsparciu opiekuna stażu,
  • pomoc w porządkowaniu, sprawdzaniu kompletności i przygotowywaniu danych do zestawień oraz raportów HR w programie Excel,
  • współudział w przygotowywaniu prostych analiz, wykresów, prezentacji i wizualizacji danych oraz nauka pracy w narzędziach BI, w szczególności Power BI,
  • obserwowanie i wspieranie zespołu przy usprawnianiu powtarzalnych czynności oraz testowaniu rozwiązań automatyzujących procesy HR,
  • poznawanie praktycznych zastosowań narzędzi AI w pracy analitycznej i procesowej, z uwzględnieniem weryfikacji wyników i zasad ochrony informacji,
  • pomoc w dokumentowaniu przebiegu procesów, przygotowywaniu instrukcji i scenariuszy testowych,
  • omawianie rezultatów z opiekunem stażu.

Co czyni Cię MOCnym kandydatem/kandydatką:

  • praktyczna znajomość programu Microsoft Excel,
  • zainteresowanie analizą danych, procesami HR i zastosowaniem technologii w pracy z danymi,
  • umiejętność logicznego myślenia, dokładność oraz gotowość do zadawania pytań i uczenia się pod opieką zespołu,
  • umiejętność współpracy oraz odpowiedzialne podejście do poufności informacji,
  • możliwość odbywania stażu w wymiarze 40 godzin tygodniowo.

Co może wzMOCnić Twoją kandydaturę (mile wdziane):

  • status osoby studiującej, szczególnie na ostatnim roku kierunku związanego z analizą danych, ekonomią, informatyką, zarządzaniem lub HR - nie jest to warunek konieczny,
  • pierwsze projekty uczelniane lub własne związane z danymi, wizualizacją albo automatyzacją,
  • podstawowa znajomość Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Power Automate lub narzędzi AI - wystarczy także udokumentowane zainteresowanie nauką tych rozwiązań.
