Deine Aufgaben

Du gestaltest digitale Produkte ganzheitlich, von der ersten Idee über die Konzeption bis hin zum pixelperfekten Interface. Als Generalist bringst Du UX und UI nahtlos zusammen und begleitest den gesamten Designprozess End-to-End.

  • Research & Analyse: Du steigst tief in die Problemdefinition ein, führst User Research durch und übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen aus dem Apotheken- und Pharmabereich in klare Strukturen.
  • Konzepte & Prototypen: Du erstellst User Flows, Wireframes und interaktive Prototypen, um Deine Ideen schnell greifbar und testbar zu machen.
  • Visual & UI Design: Du gestaltest intuitive, ästhetische und barrierefreie Interfaces und nutzt dabei unser bestehendes Design System (und entwickelst es punktuell weiter).
  • Nutzerzentrierung: Du führst qualitative Nutzertests und Befragungen durch, um datenbasierte Designentscheidungen zu treffen.
  • KI & Workflow-Boost: Du integrierst moderne KI-Tools (z. B. für UX-Research, Copywriting oder Figma-Automatisierungen) clever in deinen Alltag und experimentierst gerne damit.
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Du arbeitest auf Augenhöhe mit dem Product Management und der Entwicklung zusammen, um eine reibungslose und technisch machbare Umsetzung zu garantieren.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign, Interaction Design, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
  • Du hast bereits mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im UI- oder Product Design gesammelt, idealerweise im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld oder für komplexe digitale Produkte.
  • Du beherrschst Figma im vollen Umfang (Components, Auto Layout, Variants und Libraries) und kennst dich mit unterstützenden KI-Tools aus.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Pflege von Design Systems.
  • Du bist stark in User Research, User Testing und der Konzeption digitaler Produkte.
  • Du verstehst technische Zusammenhänge insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit Frontend-Teams.
  • Du hast ein gutes Auge für visuelles Design und Liebe zum Detail.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, übernimmst Ownership und bringst Themen proaktiv voran.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Nice to have: vertiefte Accessibility-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Analytics-Tools oder der Moderation von Workshops.
