Deine Aufgaben

  • Teams stärken & begleiten: Du begleitest und coachst bis zu drei agile Entwicklungsteams im Arbeitsalltag, förderst deren Selbstorganisation und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran.
  • Events gestalten: Du übernimmst die vorausschauende Planung, Organisation und Moderation aller relevanten Scrum-Events (z. B. Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospektive).
  • Schnittstellen & Transparenz: Du arbeitest eng mit den Product Ownern zusammen, unterstützt bei teamübergreifenden Abstimmungen mit Stakeholdern und sorgst für klare, transparente Prioritäten.
  • Prozesse & Sichtbarkeit: Du pflegst einfache Metriken, optimierst kontinuierlich die Arbeitsabläufe und machst Fortschritte, Prioritäten sowie Ergebnisse für das gesamte Team sichtbar.
  • Impulse setzen: Du begleitest Transformationsschritte im Teamalltag und probierst mutig neue Formate und Methoden aus, um die agile Kultur weiterzuentwickeln.

Dein Profil

  • Einschlägige Erfahrung: Du hast bereits fundierte Praxiserfahrung als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach gesammelt, idealerweise im B2B SaaS Umfeld.
  • Agiles Fundament: Agile Prinzipien und Methoden (Scrum, Kanban etc.) beherrschst du im Schlaf. Eine gängige Zertifizierung (z. B. PSM I/II, CSM) ist ein schönes Plus.
  • Kommunikations- & Moderationsstärke: Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Empathie für Teamdynamiken, moderierst auf Augenhöhe und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern souverän.
  • Tool-Methodik: Der sichere Umgang mit agilen Arbeitsmitteln und Boards (z. B. Jira, Confluence, Miro) gehört für dich zum Handwerkszeug.
  • Gestaltungsfreude & Neugier: Du probierst gerne neue (KI-) Methoden aus, hinterfragst Prozesse konstruktiv und hast Spaß daran, pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
