Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle bist du das Bindeglied zwischen der Apothekenpraxis und unserer Entwicklung. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Software nicht nur funktioniert, sondern die Arbeit deiner Kollegen in der Apotheke wirklich erleichtert.

  • Fachliches Testing: Du prüfst neue Funktionen in unseren Produkten (MediCheck, LabXpert, ApoRevision) auf Herz und Nieren – noch bevor sie bei den Kunden ankommen.
  • Fehlerteufel jagen: Du identifizierst Softwarefehler (Bugs) und dokumentierst diese so präzise, dass unsere Entwickler genau wissen, was zu tun ist.
  • Praxis-Check: Du bewertest, ob neue Features die regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. ApBetrO) und die pharmazeutische Logik korrekt abbilden.
  • Szenarien-Entwicklung: Du erstellst Testfälle basierend auf echten Alltagssituationen in der Apotheke (z. B. „Was passiert bei der Dokumentation einer Rezeptur unter Zeitdruck?“).
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du nimmst an Sprints und Planungsmeetings teil, um frühzeitig Feedback zu geben, ob eine geplante Funktion in der Praxis sinnvoll ist.

Dein Profil

Du musst kein Programmierer sein, aber du solltest eine Leidenschaft für digitale Lösungen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mitbringen.

  • Hintergrund: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als PTA (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) und bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung aus der öffentlichen Apotheke mit.
  • Prozess-Kenner: Du kennst die Abläufe rund um Medikationschecks, Gefahrstoffmanagement und Labordokumentation aus der täglichen Praxis.
  • Software-Versteher: Du bist „Power-User“ deines aktuellen Warenwirtschaftssystems und hast Freude daran, neue digitale Tools zu erkunden und deren Logik zu durchdringen.
  • Analytischer Kopf: Du denkst logisch, arbeitest extrem sorgfältig und hast einen Blick für Details – dir fällt sofort auf, wenn eine Schaltfläche an der falschen Stelle sitzt oder ein Rechenwert unplausibel ist.
  • Kommunikationstalent: Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und strukturiert beschreiben (sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich).
  • Lernbereitschaft: Du hast Lust, das Handwerkszeug des Softwaretestens (z. B. Test-Management-Tools, agile Methoden wie Scrum) von uns zu lernen.
