Jouw werkplek

Je werkt op de Schweitzerstraat in de wijk Schoonvelde-Oost in Hoogeveen. Hier wonen 17 volwassenen met een licht tot matig verstandelijke beperking (LVB/MVB), soms in combinatie met autisme of lichte gedragsproblematiek. Bewoners hebben een eigen appartement binnen een geschakeld wooncomplex. Overdag gaan zij naar werk of dagbesteding, intern of in de regio. Met ondersteuning op maat werken zij aan een zo zelfstandig mogelijk leven.

Jouw team

Als Begeleider LVB werk je in een klein team van 8 collega’s. Het team is betrokken, kritisch en volop in ontwikkeling. De sfeer is open en er is ruimte voor humor. Tegelijkertijd vinden collega's kwaliteit van zorg, samenwerking en het geven en ontvangen van feedback belangrijk.

Jouw uitdaging

Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijks leven. Je helpt waar nodig bij ADL, biedt structuur en duidelijkheid en stimuleert bewoners om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen. Je ondersteunt bij de dagplanning, daginvulling en persoonlijke doelen. Daarbij houd je goed in de gaten hoe het met bewoners gaat en herken je veranderingen in gedrag of welzijn.

Je zoekt steeds naar de juiste balans tussen ondersteunen en loslaten. Je begrijpt dat gedrag een betekenis heeft en stemt je begeleiding daarop af. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen. Liefde betekent aandacht hebben voor de bewoner, lef betekent duidelijk zijn en verantwoordelijkheid nemen en meesterschap betekent je vakkennis inzetten om passende begeleiding te bieden. Zo help je bewoners hun eigen regie en zelfstandigheid te vergroten.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een brutosalaris volgens de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg van € 2.597,- tot € 3.635,- (FWG 35) bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur. Je inschaling is afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleiding.
  • Je ontvangt 8% vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, pensioenopbouw en een onregelmatigheidstoeslag wanneer je onregelmatig werkt. Vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering kun je ook maandelijks laten uitbetalen.
  • Een contract voor bepaalde tijd, in eerste instantie voor één jaar, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • Ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen met trainingen die aansluiten bij je werk en de doelgroep.
  • Ondersteuning om fysiek en mentaal gezond te blijven, bijvoorbeeld door coaching en andere faciliteiten.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent zelfstandig, houdt overzicht en blijft rustig wanneer situaties anders lopen dan verwacht. Je bent duidelijk in je communicatie, hebt oog voor de behoeften van bewoners en kunt omgaan met verschillende vormen van gedrag.

  • Je hebt een mbo-diploma niveau 3 of 4 in Zorg & Welzijn.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met mensen met een licht tot matig verstandelijke beperking en bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
