Locatie De Watersnip in Nunspeet

De Watersnip is een woonlocatie met 25 appartementen voor ouder wordende bewoners en bewoners met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB). Er zijn vier gezamenlijke huiskamers en verschillende algemene ruimtes. Bewoners ontmoeten elkaar hier en gaan op drie dagen per week naar de interne dagbesteding.

Jouw team

Als Huishoudelijk Medewerker werk je in een team van drie medewerkers. Je voert je werkzaamheden zelfstandig uit, maar kunt altijd overleggen met je collega's. Jullie helpen elkaar waar nodig en nemen bij afwezigheid van een collega soms extra kamers over.

Jouw uitdaging

Je maakt de appartementen, vier gezamenlijke huiskamers, gangen en andere algemene ruimtes schoon. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes blijft en gebruikt hiervoor de beschikbare schoonmaakmiddelen en hulpmiddelen. Op de locatie werken we met ecologische schoonmaakproducten; chloor wordt niet gebruikt. Het trappenhuis wordt door een externe partij schoongemaakt.

Je werkt in een woonomgeving waar bewoners regelmatig aanwezig zijn. Je houdt rekening met hun privacy en wensen en stemt af wanneer je een appartement kunt schoonmaken. Je werkt zorgvuldig, houdt overzicht en pakt je werkzaamheden zelfstandig op. Zo zorg je voor een schone en prettige omgeving waarin bewoners fijn kunnen wonen.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een contract van 12 tot 16 uur per week, met werkdagen en werktijden die we in overleg afstemmen.
  • Een salaris volgens FWG 15 van de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg: € € 2.241, tot € € 2.951,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. De actuele bedragen worden nog gecontroleerd.
  • 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. Je kunt beide ook maandelijks laten uitbetalen.
  • De schoonmaakmaterialen en hulpmiddelen die je nodig hebt om je werk goed uit te voeren.
  • Een functie waarin je zelfstandig werkt en samen met collega's zorgt voor een schone woonomgeving.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent iemand die graag aanpakt en plezier heeft in schoonmaakwerk. Je werkt netjes, kunt zelfstandig aan de slag en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om rekening te houden met de mensen die in de woningen leven.

  • Je kunt zorgvuldig schoonmaken en je werkzaamheden goed organiseren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en bent flexibel wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je gaat respectvol om met bewoners en houdt rekening met hun privacy en wensen.
  • Je bent bij voorkeur 16 uur per week beschikbaar. Een kleinere contractomvang is bespreekbaar.

Een specifiek diploma, rijbewijs of ervaring in de zorg is niet nodig.
