The posting

Nu söker vi personal till vårt kontor på Ekbacksvägen i Bromma. Vi är ett förhållandevis ungt gäng med en snittålder på ca 26 år. De flesta som arbetar hos oss har gjort det i många år. Vi har 3 serviceverkstäder i Sverige där vi köper, säljer och reparerar mobiltelefoner och surfplattor. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bestå av att ta emot inkommen post och registrera mobiler och surfplattor i vårt ordersystem samt skicka inkomna beställningar. Både returnerade varor, reklamation och övriga ärenden. Med detta kommer även uppgifter som att svara i telefon och skicka mail.

Detta är vårt erbjudande Fasta arbetstider nästan helt utan OB-tid. Nära kontakt med dina nya kollegor i våra andra serviceverkstäder. En bra grundlön och friskvårdsbidrag samt möjlighet till provision och bonus. Supertrevliga kollegor och glada kunder som kommer uppskatta dig! Ett utvecklande jobb där du får praktisera och utveckla både dina tekniska kunskaper och kundbemötande.

Vem vi söker Det är inget krav att du sedan tidigare har någon teknisk erfarenhet av mobiltelefoner och surfplattor. Men det är självklart meriterande om du har ett intresse för teknik. Eftersom du i ditt arbete kommer möta mycket kunder är det viktigt att du kan uttrycka dig utan att missförstånd uppstår både i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.
