Utilizan soluciones innovadoras de marketing digital, optimizadas mediante tecnología avanzada e Inteligencia Artificial para ayudar con el crecimiento y posicionamiento en un merca cada vez más competitivo.

El Rol:

Buscamos un líder para el departamento de marketing, que asegure que todas las estrategias se alineen con los objetivos de negocio y mantenga coherencia en su ejecución. Este rol implica desarrollar una visión de crecimiento clara y orientada a maximizar la adquisición de clientes, generar leads cualificados (MQL), y fortalecer el reconocimiento de marca. El VP supervisará a los directores de cada área clave de marketing, promoviendo la innovación y escalabilidad del negocio, y garantizando la optimización y alineación estratégica en cada iniciativa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y gestionar el equipo de marketing, incluyendo las áreas de Paid Media, Outbound, SEO, branding, y CRM, asegurando la coherencia en la implementación de la estrategia.
  • Diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias globales de marketing para escalar el negocio en un entorno de rápido crecimiento.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, producto y operaciones para garantizar la alineación de las metas comerciales y de marketing.
  • Supervisar y analizar la eficiencia del equipo, reportando directamente al CEO y ajustando tácticas según sea necesario.
  • Establecer KPIs y métricas claras para cada área del departamento y asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos.
  • Administrar el presupuesto de marketing, optimizando la asignación de recursos para maximizar el ROI y el crecimiento.
  • Crear estrategias multicanal para atraer leads cualificados (MQLs), con enfoque en SEO, Paid Media, Social Media y campañas de Outbound.
  • Definir y optimizar la identidad de marca, asegurando la consistencia en todos los puntos de contacto (ventas, partnerships, tramitación, paid, etc.)

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 10 años en marketing general, con un historial comprobado liderando equipos en áreas diversas como branding, CRM, automatización, adquisición y growth.
  • Experiencia trabajando en empresas en rápido crecimiento, preferiblemente en scale-ups.
  • Capacidad comprobada para gestionar y liderar equipos de diferentes áreas de marketing, desde performance hasta contenido y CRM.
  • Experiencia en la creación y gestión de estrategias multicanal que incluyan tanto marketing digital (SEO, Paid, Social Media) como offline (eventos, partnerships)
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de liderazgo, con capacidad para gestionar grandes presupuestos y alcanzar metas comerciales.
  • Español e inglés fluidos, tanto en conversación como en redacción.
