Pie Systemsでは、商業施設に設置されているPie VAT カウンターを運営するCounter Operationsチームを牽引いただける Head of Counter Operations Japan を募集しています。

本ポジションは、日々商業施設でお買い物をされるインバウンド旅行者や弊社の加盟店のみなさまへ直接対面しサービスを提供するCounter Operationsチームのオペレーションの品質向上や効率化、チーム運営の最適化などを推進する重要な役割です。また、免税カウンターの安定運営と収益改善に向けたオペレーション設計だけでなく、メンバーが自発的に挑戦・改善を提案できる強いチーム文化を醸成する役割を担います。ピープルマネジメントを発揮し、現場メンバーのエンゲージメントを高め、サステナブルな組織基盤を構築することが期待されます。」

本ポジションは、日本のマーチャントサービス部門長（Managing Director, Marchant Services, Japan）に直属するロールとなり、直属の部下約5名を含めた50人程度のチームをリードします。

業務内容 :

1. 戦略・目標設計

  • PIE VAT カウンター運営に関する目標・戦略の策定
  • KPIの設計、モニタリング体制の構築および継続的な改善
  • 事業成長に連動したオペレーション体制の中長期的な設計

2. 顧客、他部門との連携

  • PIE VAT カウンター運営に関する顧客との交渉、協議
  • 現場視点を吸い上げた開発ニーズの発信
  • 全社方針や他部門の最新情報の的確な把握と展開

3. チームマネジメント／採用・育成

  • Counter Operationsチームのマネジメント
  • 採用計画の策定および採用活動の推進（面接、評価、オンボーディング）
  • エリアマネージャー、シニアマネージャーを中心としたチームメンバーのトレーニングおよび継続的な育成・コーチング
  • パフォーマンスマネジメントおよび評価制度の運用
  • チームのエンゲージメント向上と健全なチームカルチャーの醸成
  • 現場の声を吸い上げ、風通しの良い組織を作るための社内コミュニケーションの設計と、従業員満足度の向上

4. 予算・リソース管理

  • 自部門の予算策定・管理
  • 人員計画、外注費、ツールコスト等の最適化
  • コスト効率とサービス品質のバランスを考慮した意思決定

応募資格:

必須要件

  • サービス部門、店舗運営等の領域における戦略策定およびKPI設計の経験
  • サービス部門、店舗運営等のオペレーションマネジャーとして 3年以上 のチームマネジメント経験
  • チームメンバーのトレーニング／コーチング経験 1年以上
  • フロントラインでのお客様対応経験 1年以上
  • 業務フロー／社内プロセスの分析・改善経験
  • 高い共感力を持ちつつ、売上・成長・効率性も踏まえて意思決定・運用ができる方
  • 新しいテクノロジーを受け入れ、迅速にキャッチアップできる方
  • 高度な分析力および問題解決力
  • 口頭・書面ともに高いコミュニケーション能力
  • 英語での円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方（Reading / Listening / Writing / Speaking）
  • 大学卒業以上、または同等の就業経験
  • 日本国内での就労・居住が可能な法的資格を有する方

プラスアルファとなる経験:

  • スピード感のあるスタートアップ企業での勤務経験所与の環境や限られたリソースの中で、オーナーシップを持って、課題解決を楽しめる、スタートアップ・マインドセット。
  • オペレーションチームのマネジメント経験P&Lへの意識が高く、感覚ではなく定量的なデータ（取引量や満足度指標など）をベースに意思決定ができる方。
  • ティーチングまたはコーチングの経験
  • アジアの言語（中国語、韓国語など）の読み書き、スピーキング能力

勤務条件

  • 原則、土日祝休みのフレックスタイム制ですが、カウンター運営の状況によって休日を振替ていただく場合がございます。
  • 必要に応じて各地のカウンターへ出張していただきます。
