O que esperamos de você?

  • Ser a voz do cliente nos canais de atendimento da Pier, atendendo de forma resolutiva, humanizada e encantadora.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar atendimento dos canais digitais focados no produto smartphone e automóvel tanto para membros quanto para corretores via chat, e-mail e whatsApp;
  • Gerenciar simultaneamente o atendimento em 10 chats, fornecendo suporte eficiente e personalizado a cada cliente;
  • Desenvolver e executar estratégias de relacionamento com foco em surpreender e encantar os membros;
  • Garantir qualidade aderente ao scorecard;
  • Manter constância no atingimento de indicadores;
  • Prestar suporte em projetos do time;
  • Contribuir nas melhorias de processo.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Conhecimento em Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets e Apresentações) ou Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Familiaridade com abertura de JIRAS;
  • Habilidade de gerenciar o tempo de resposta de tickets de atendimento com dinamismo e eficiência;
  • Conhecimento em macros, automações, SLAs e categorização de tickets;
  • Capacidade em interpretar CSAT, SLA, Tempo médio entre respostas, TPR ou FRT e outros KPIs de atendimento;
  • Capacidade em identificar pontos de fricção e melhorias no fluxo de atendimento;
  • Experiência com chat, e-mail, telefone, redes sociais e WhatsApp;
  • Capacidade de gerenciar um grande volume de atendimento com dinamismo;
  • Capacidade de ajustar-se a ambientes e processos em constante mudança e desenvolvimento;
  • Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas, mantendo o foco nos resultados e prazos;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI como QuickSight;
  • Desejável experiência com Zendesk;
