  • Ser Guardião dos dados da empresa, garantindo sua escalabilidade, qualidade e disponibilidade para os usuários.

Responsabilidades:

  • Criar generalizações de bases de dados para contextos do negócio;
  • Otimizar consultas de dados;
  • Lidar com grandes quantidades de dados, estruturados e não estruturados;
  • Identificar inconsistências em bases de dados e suas composições;
  • Estar sempre atualizado sobre novas técnicas e ferramentas de mercado;
  • Modelar as entidades com intuito de otimizar o consumo e performance das informações;
  • Propor soluções que facilitem a manipulação de dados e resolvam problemas não definidos, gerindo sua execução com autonomia;
  • Aplicar pipelines de ingestão de dados ponta-a-ponta;
  • Mapear e documentar os processos de negócio que necessitem de uma solução em engenharia de dados, aprendizado de máquina e/ou modelagem de dados para análises.

Experiências e competências:

  • Pré-requisitos mandatórios: Conhecimento avançado em modelagem de dados adequada para um contexto de negócio (3NF, Star, SnowFlake, Eventos); Conhecimento avançado em linguagens de consumo de dados (SQL); Conhecimento intermediário em Linguagem de programação (Python); Ferramenta de agendamento e transformação de dados (Airflow ou similares); Utilização de ferramentas de Infraestrutura de dados (AWS, S3, Athena ou similares); Conhecimento de ferramenta de versionamento de dados (git e dbt); Conhecimentos de operações de Software (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment, test driven development); Conhecimento em desenvolvimento com IAs; Noção de ingestão de dados; Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência na área de dados;
  • Pré-requisitos desejáveis: Vivência ou familiaridade com áreas de crescimento do negócio (Marketing, Produto, Comercial ou CRM); Graduação em Ciências da computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Matemática ou cursos de exatas correlatas; Vivência em ambientes de startups.
