O que esperamos de você?

  • Assegurar uma regulação de sinistros precisa, ágil e transparente, garantindo decisões técnicas consistentes com foco na experiência do cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar análise e regulação técnica de sinistros automóvel;
  • Conferir documentação (BO, CNH, CRV, orçamentos, notas fiscais, laudos) e garantir aderência às condições contratuais;
  • Realizar contato com segurados, terceiros, oficinas e peritos, conduzindo tratativas com empatia e clareza;
  • Aplicar critérios técnicos e normativos para definição de cobertura e indenização;
  • Controlar prazos e indicadores de atendimento;
  • Apoiar a identificação de possíveis fraudes e encaminhar casos suspeitos à área especializada;
  • Contribuir com melhorias de processo, automatizações e padronizações operacionais;
  • Alimentar e manter atualizados os sistemas de sinistros e planilhas de controle.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência prévia em regulação de sinistros automóvel;
  • Conhecimento técnico de apólices e coberturas de automóvel;
  • Conhecimento técnico em análise de documentos (BO, CNH, CRV, orçamentos, notas fiscais, laudos);
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Tomada de decisão baseada em critérios técnicos;
  • Organização e gestão de prioridades.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento em Zendesk;
  • Conhecimento em Cilia;
  • Google Workspace intermediário (Google Sheets, Google Docs e Google Presentations);
  • Conhecimento em RNS e RNPA;
  • Conhecimento em legislação e normas SUSEP aplicáveis a seguros.
