O que esperamos de você?

  • Garantir a governança, automação e evolução contínua das plataformas operacionais, construindo uma operação previsível, escalável e fortemente respaldada por métricas confiáveis.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ser dono do processo e da configuração do CRM (HubSpot): automações, gatilhos, propriedades, criação de atividades, pipelines e as regras de negócio embutidas na ferramenta, incluindo o treinamento dos times que a usam no dia a dia;
  • Desenhar, ajustar e medir as regras de distribuição de leads e cards entre as caixas e os times de conversão e Inside Sales;
  • Configurar e provisionar Zendesk e os canais de WhatsApp em conjunto com o time de Operations Strategy, mantendo consistência entre atendimento e CRM;
  • Conduzir discovery e análise de causa-raiz de problemas operacionais: mapear o processo atual (AS-IS), propor o processo futuro (TO-BE) e definir baseline e resultado esperado antes de qualquer construção;
  • Traduzir problema operacional em requisito de negócio para o time de Data & AI, acompanhar a construção, dar o aceite e monitorar a sustentação depois da implantação;
  • Medir o impacto antes e depois de cada mudança e revisar a confiabilidade dos números usados nas decisões da operação;
  • Ser responsável por documentar processos e configurações com frequência e constância;
  • Padronizar processos entre as subáreas de Operações e apoiar a adoção pelos líderes de cada área.
  • Participar das frentes de unificação de dados de cliente (CDP) e das integrações entre CRM, atendimento e as bases analíticas.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência na área de Operações com Melhoria Contínua;
  • Experiência com parametrização de Hubspot (workflows, automações, propriedades customizadas, gestão de pipelines e qualidade de base);
  • Experiência com mapeamento e redesenho de processos (AS-IS / TO-BE), com documentação e notação estruturada;
  • Conhecimento básico em SQL;
  • Experiência na construção e leitura de métricas e dashboards operacionais;
  • Experiência no levantamento e escrita de requisitos do Negócio;
  • Capacidade de elaboração de documentação técnica de processos.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento sólido em Zendesk: administração, macros, gatilhos, provisionamento de agentes e canais;
  • Conhecimento em integrações de WhatsApp com plataformas de atendimento;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação low-code (Zapier, Make, Pipefy ou equivalentes);
  • Experiência com projetos de CDP (Customer Data Platform) ou de unificação de dados de cliente;
  • Experiência com aplicação de IA no atendimento;
  • Experiência prévia em seguros, fintech ou operações reguladas;
  • Inglês para leitura de documentação técnica de produto.
