O que esperamos de você?

  • Ser dono(a) da frente técnica de dados e automação do time de Subscrição e Precificação.

Responsabilidades:

  • Construir e manter bases e pipelines de dados (Python e SQL) que alimentam o ciclo tarifário mensal, a renovação e o monitoramento das carteiras de Auto e Smartphone;
  • Automatizar rotinas manuais da área, reduzindo horas operacionais e risco de erro;
  • Organizar e governar os códigos da área: versionamento, padrões, revisão e documentação;
  • Garantir a qualidade e a consistência dos dados (exposição, sinistralidade, datas de corte e conciliações);
  • Apoiar tecnicamente as projeções de carteira (sinistralidade, prêmio e retenção) e as análises estatísticas de renovação e portfólio;
  • Evoluir dashboards e indicadores usados nos comitês de preço;
  • Identificar e implementar casos de uso de IA nos processos da área;
  • Atuar em conjunto com Data Science, Engenharia de dados, Produto e times de negócio.

Experiência e Competências:

  • Pré-requisitos obrigatórios: Formação superior em Estatística, Matemática, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Economia, Ciências Atuariais ou áreas correlatas; Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência na área de tecnologia ou Subscrição e Precificação; Python para manipulação de dados e automação; Conhecimento de SQL intermediário a avançado; Conhecimento de Estatística (análise exploratória, testes de hipótese, regressão); Versionamento de código (GitHub).
  • Pré-requisitos desejáveis: Experiência em seguros, crédito ou pricing; Modelagem estatística (GLM ou similares); Ferramentas de BI e bancos de dados em nuvem; Uso prático de IA generativa e automação (APIs, LLMs); Inglês intermediário para leitura técnica.
