Lähihoitajana olet tärkeä osa asiakkaidemme arkea Parkanon kotihoidossa. Työskentelet osana ammattitaitoista tiimiä ja vastaat asiakkaiden kokonaisvaltaisesta hoidosta heidän omissa kodeissaan. Tarjoamme asiakkaillemme yksilöllistä, laadukasta ja lämminhenkistä hoivaa, jossa kohtaaminen tapahtuu aidosti ja arvostavasti.

Kotihoidossa päivät ovat vaihtelevia, eikä kahta samanlaista työpäivää juuri ole. Työtä tehdään kolmessa vuorossa sekä arkena että viikonloppuisin. Asiakkaillamme on käytössä koneellinen lääkkeiden annosjakelu, ja työn tukena käytät Hilkka-mobiilijärjestelmää, jonka avulla kirjaaminen onnistuu kätevästi kotikäyntien yhteydessä.

Tehtävässä pärjäät hyvin, kun työskentelet oma-aloitteisesti, hallitset hoitotyön perusteet ja kohtaat asiakkaat yksilöllisesti ja kunnioittavasti. Tukenasi on lämminhenkinen ja yhteistyötä arvostava työyhteisö, jossa huumori kuuluu arkeen ja työkaverit auttavat toisiaan onnistumaan.

Tehtävä on määräaikainen ajalla 16.11.2026-26.9.2027.

  • Huolehdimme osaamisestasi tarjoamalla kouluttautumismahdollisuuksia, jatkuvasti käytössäsi olevan oppimisympäristö Pihlajalinna Akatemian ja saat esiperehdytyksen jo ennen työsuhteen alkua työyhteisöön tutustumisen tueksi
  • Huolehdimme siitä, että saat kannustavan tiimin tuen monipuolisiin tehtäviin. Tuemme työn ja vapaa-ajan yhteensovittamista ja saatkin mahdollisuuden työaikojen joustavaan sopimiseen
  • Työnantajana ja kollegoina lupaamme kuunnella ja auttaa sinua kehittymään työssäsi. Palkkauksessa ja työehdoissa noudatamme terveyspalvelualan työehtosopimusta sekä huomioimme työkokemuksesi ja osaamisesi yksilöllisesti

Toivomme, että sinulla on

  • lähihoitajan tutkinto ja Valviran ammattioikeudet tai olet loppuvaiheen lähihoitajaopiskelija (vähintään 120 osp)
  • aiempaa työ- tai harjoittelukokemusta kotihoidosta tai ikääntyneiden hoitotyöstä
  • mahdollisuus käyttää omaa autoa työssä
  • hyvä suomen kielen taito sekä suullisesti että kirjallisesti
  • tehtävään kuuluva lääkehoidon osaaminen. Varmistamme tämän työsuhteen alussa
  • tartuntatautilain mukainen soveltuvuus sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon asiakas- ja potilastyöhön
  • mahdollisuus esittää rikosrekisteriote ennen tehtävän vastaanottamista (laki sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon valvonnasta)
