Deine Ausbildung – das erwartet dich bei uns:

Starte deine Ausbildung zur/zum Kauffrau/-mann für Marketingkommunikation zum 01.09.2027 an unserem Standort München und tauche ein in eine Branche, die nie stillsteht.

In 2 bis 2,5 Jahren durchläufst du verschiedene Abteilungen unserer Werbe- und Mediaagentur und lernst, wie kreative Ideen, Strategie und Mediaarbeit perfekt zusammenspielen.

  • Du arbeitest in verschiedenen Teams und bekommst spannende Einblicke in die Planung und Umsetzung von Werbemaßnahmen.
  • Du organisierst Kampagnen mit und bist bei allen Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts aktiv dabei.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Mediaberater*innen unter anderem bei der Kostenkalkulation, der Erstellung von Briefings und Präsentationen, der Budgetkontrolle sowie der Rechnungsstellung.
  • Der Schwerpunkt deiner Ausbildung liegt in der Kundenbetreuung und im Projektmanagement. Erfahrene Kolleg*innen zeigen dir Schritt für Schritt, wie erfolgreiche Mediaplanung funktioniert.
  • Dabei arbeitest du mit modernen digitalen Tools, sammelst Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Mediakanälen und bekommst Einblicke in neue Trends und Technologien der Medienwelt.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Mindestens einen mittleren Schulabschluss (Realschulabschluss).
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team und die Fähigkeit, gut mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Klare und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Bereitschaft und Neugierde dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Die Fähigkeit sich in einem dynamischen Agenturumfeld schnell anzupassen und auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Einen sicheren Umgang und Spaß mit Zahlen und Listen zu arbeiten sowie ein analytisches Denkvermögen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Kommunikation oder Werbung und sichere Anwendung der Microsoft-Office-Programme.

  • Unser Bewerbungstag findet am 07.01.2027 von 09:00 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr digital statt.
  • An diesem Tag erwarten dich unter anderem Gruppenübungen, Einzelaufgaben sowie Erfahrungsberichte unserer aktuellen Azubis, die auch alle deine Fragen beantworten.
  • Im nächsten Schritt werden einige Bewerber*innen in die engere Auswahl kommen und zu einem persönlichen Kennenlernen in unsere Agentur eingeladen.
