Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du übernimmst die Leitung und strategische Entwicklung des Fachbereichs Digital Planung.
  • Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen die Planung und Entwicklung digitaler Mediakampagnen.
  • Du führst deine Teamleads mit Klarheit und Vertrauen: Du gibst ihnen den Rahmen, den sie brauchen, um selbst zu führen und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Teams zu entwickeln, Prioritäten zu setzen und Verantwortung mit Überzeugung zu übernehmen.
  • Du förderst dein Team aktiv: Du erkennst Stärken und Entwicklungspotenziale, gibst regelmäßig Feedback, begleitest individuelle Entwicklungspfade und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Eigenverantwortung, Qualität und Zusammenarbeit selbstverständlich sind.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kundenmanagement, Strategie, Einkauf, BI, Data und weiteren Disziplinen zusammen und bringst neue Impulse rund um KI, innovative Mediaansätze und datengetriebene Kommunikation in unsere Arbeit ein.
  • Du erkennst Potenziale, entwickelst Prozesse und Strukturen weiter und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung von pilot bei.
  • Du agierst auf Augenhöhe mit Geschäftsführung, anderen Direktor*innen und Fachbereichsverantwortlichen - bringst dich in strategische Entscheidungen ein, vertrittst deinen Bereich klar nach innen und repräsentierst pilot souverän nach außen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der digitalen Mediaplanung sowie nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung.
  • Tiefgehendes Fachwissen in der digitalen Medienlandschaft - du kennst die Marktmechaniken, Technologien und Trends.
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Kampagnenarchitekturen sowie in der Entwicklung strategischer Media-Empfehlungen.
  • Ein sehr gutes Gespür für die Verzahnung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen entlang des gesamten Marketing-Funnels.
  • Die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu führen, Teams zu entwickeln und unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzubringen: mit Klarheit, Vertrauen und Begeisterung.
  • Entscheidungsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch in komplexen Situationen.
  • Kommunikationsgeschick auf allen Ebenen: du überzeugst Kunden, Teams und Stakeholder gleichermaßen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Neugier auf neue Themen, insbesondere rund um BI, KI und datengetriebenes Media und die Motivation, dich und dein Umfeld kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
