  • Mit einem 360°-Blick auf alle relevanten Media-Kanäle, entwickelst und steuerst du die crossmedialen Mediaaktivitäten unserer Kunden.
  • Gemeinsam mit der Strategie konzipierst du maßgeschneiderte Mediapläne, die verschiedene Kanäle clever verknüpfen.
  • Du bist das Bindeglied und Ansprechpartner zwischen verschiedenen Mediaabteilungen und stellst eine nahtlose Umsetzung der Kampagnen sicher.
  • Deine taktischen Mediapläne sind konsistent, strategisch durchdacht und auf den Kampagnenerfolg ausgerichtet.
  • Mit klar definierten KPIs bewertest du die Performance einzelner Kanäle und leitest datenbasierte Optimierungen ab.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich digitaler und klassischer Medien. (Solltest du bisher nur ein Medium kennengelernt haben, aber Interesse haben dich breiter aufzustellen, freuen wir uns ebenfalls über deine Bewerbung.)
  • Ein breites Verständnis der verschiedenen Mediakanäle und deren Funktion im crossmedialen Zusammenspiel.
  • Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Budgetallokation und KPI-Definition.
  • Eine analytische Denkweise und eine Affinität zu Zahlen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Media-Tools und Technologien.
  • Die Motivation gerne im Team zu arbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Gute und sichere Kommunikationsskills
  • Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen zu meistern.
  • Du hast fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
