Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du gehst auf die Bedürfnisse deiner Kund*innen ein, schaffst Vertrauen durch Verlässlichkeit und pflegst Beziehungen mit einem hohen Maß an Empathie.
  • Du betreust deine Kund*innen ganzheitlich, erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst diese aktiv weiter.
  • Dabei hast du die Businessziele im Blick und bringst sie mit den strategischen Interessen unserer Agentur in Einklang.
  • Du steuerst deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich - operativ wie strategisch. Du hinterfragst Briefings, entwickelst Lösungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • In Terminen und Pitches trittst du souverän auf und präsentierst unsere Empfehlungen überzeugend.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Teams aus Planung, Strategie und Mediaorchestrierung zusammen, um wirkungsvolle Kommunikationslösungen zu realisieren.
  • Du hältst deine Kund*innen mit Markt- und Trendinformationen auf dem Laufenden und nutzt Branchenevents aktiv zur Vernetzung.
  • Du identifizierst geschäftsrelevante Zielgruppen und entwickelst strategische Maßnahmen für eine optimale Zielerreichung.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du verfügst über langjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Media in einer Mediaagentur.
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes Gespür für Marken und Kund*innen und entwickelst daraus passgenaue, strategische Lösungen.
  • Du kennst dich mit Mediaplanung aus oder hast in crossmedialen Projekten eng mit Media-Teams zusammengearbeitet.
  • Du berätst deine Kund*innen auf Augenhöhe und bist sicher in der Positionierung von Marken.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick.
  • Dein Auftreten ist souverän, deine Kommunikation klar und lösungsorientiert.
  • Mit Tools wie HubSpot, awork oder Power BI kannst du umgehen oder arbeitest dich schnell ein.
